Tools Developed by the Alaska Hospital Preparedness Program Below are several tools developed by ASHNHA to improve preparedness of Alaska’s healthcare facilities.
Hazard Vulnerability Assessment – This complex HVA software helps guide your facility through the process of identifying the key risks that require action.
Hospital Decontamination Capacity Assessment Tool – This Excel spreadsheet was designed in collaboration with the Oregon/Alaska Poison Control Center to help facilities identify their risk for a HazMat event so equipment purchases could be appropriate to the community risk.
Primary Care Emergency Management Plan – This template was developed to provide Alaska’s primary care sites with robust plan template they could customize. (Zipped file)
