Alaska Coalition of Educators - Health Care (ACE-HC)
Generalist Preceptor Competency Assessment Forms and Preceptor Training Process
ACE-HC is a partnership of nurse educators, nurse managers and clinical practitioners from all parts of Alaska who came together to achieve the following goals:
- Create a process to help organizations work with new graduate nurses, nurses changing disciplines or nurses returning to work after an extended absence
- Support Alaskan healthcare organizations to recruit and retain nurses
- Help Preceptors share their clinical expertise, leadership, coaching, communication and support skills with new staff
